Through Wonder Woman’s Leadership Training of the Future, we’re going to create 50 Sisters who can lead the future. Those can be role models for the rest of the Sylhet division. Each of which will have a personal brand. Seeing them, the rest of the sisters will try to move their lives forward. This is a project to create 50 Sisters that will inspire other sisters. The sisters of this project have to work very hard to prepare themselves for the future. So that they can lead everyone in the next generation. They are being given all the necessary courses. Whatever is needed for the future. In a word, after this internship, when they come out with the certificate, they will not have to lag behind in life. Because everyone will become a brand InshaAllah.
Sisters will do internships three days a week from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., for the next six months. 5 hours per day. Three days a week. So that they can learn all kinds of courses from Computer Basic, Graphics, Video Editing, Freelancing to English Basic, IELTS etc. They are also being prepared to become entrepreneurs. So that they can each create themselves as an entrepreneur. From marketing to accounting, finance. That means MBA short course. How do you deal with those who want to grow their career, starting from CV writing? How to give a presentation? That will be taught. At the end of this internship, no sisters will be unemployed. They will be able to study on their own money.
So that everyone will be saved on lakhs of taka InshaAllah. Initially, only 50 people have been given the opportunity in this project. For these 50 Sisters, 5 separate professional trainers have been brought in from outside and there are 10 volunteer trainers. Regular workshops are also being organized. It will cost BDT 50,000 per month for imported professional trainers. This money is being managed by those 50 sisters. Each Sisters are giving 1000 taka per month. With which the cost of trainers is being borne. The rest of the expenses are being borne by the Save Sylhet family. Which is being managed with the donation money of the members.
Currently all the free courses will run separately. This project is being managed separately. It is a project to build leaders for the future. So it is a project of selected people. Which has started from February 1, 2021. This project will continue for the next 6 months. Sisters of this project will not have to worry about anything in the future.
Courses are_ Successful Life Planning, English Basic, IELTS, Computer Basic, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Web Development, SEO, Freelancing, Digital Marketing, Branding, Social Media Management, Public Speaking, and Seven more courses including Assignment, Database Management, Handicraft, Basic Nursing, Project Management, Business Management, Accounts Management, Handicrafts, Total Entrepreneurship, Self Defense.
The only purpose is to have so many courses that is to be an expert on all kinds of sisters so that they don’t get stuck in anything. If they know everything, they can solve any problem. After this internship, everything has been kept for them so that they never have to worry about their own lives. , Those who will successfully complete this course, They will each work on a single project. All of which will be managed by their family. Then sisters will get back the monthly money given by them for the next 6 months, every month. That is, those who work with their minds to change their lives. They are getting everything for free. We want everyone in our family to be able to move forward. The sisters of Future Leader are always helping to complete every project of Save Sylhet successfully. They are our stars, our leaders!
